If you are trying to find a pillow that provides enough support but also comfy enough to prevent you from nightmare, this is the pillow you are looking for. It's firm as the interior is generally filled with silk so the core provides adequate support your neck but also soft and feels luxury on the surface without flattening out. Will revisit to replace all the pillows for my family gradually in the near future.
I bought this because I like to have high room temperature while sleeping with minimal clothes. My old duvet made me sweat. This summer duvet is just right. It keeps me warm but feels cool at the same time. I love it
