Care

• Always use inside a duvet cover. The silk duvet itself is not machine washable and should not be tumble dried.
• Air it out every few weeks in a shaded, well-ventilated spot. Avoid strong direct sun.
• Spot clean the cotton shell with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed.
• Store in a breathable cotton bag in a dry place. Don't vacuum-compress it or use mothballs.

FAQ

Which edition should I choose?
The Summer Duvet is for rooms above 24°C (75°F) and hot sleepers. The Canada Edition is an all-season weight for heated homes kept around 19–24°C (66–75°F). The L.A. Edition is a lighter all-season weight for Los Angeles and warmer areas further south.

Will it fit my IKEA, QE Home, Brooklinen or Parachute duvet cover?
Yes. Choose an IKEA size for IKEA covers, and a Standard size for QE Home, Sleep Country, Brooklinen, Parachute and most standard North American covers.

How can I tell it's real long-strand silk?
Open the inspection zipper. Long-strand silk is one continuous, stretchy web of fibre, not short loose tufts. A single fibre burned with a match smells like burnt hair and turns to soft ash, while synthetic fibre melts into a hard bead.

Will the duvet shift inside my cover?
No. The 8 corner loops tie to the ties inside your duvet cover. If your cover has no ties, use duvet clips at the corners.

Is a silk duvet good for allergies?
Mulberry silk is naturally hypoallergenic and doesn't shed like down, which is why many allergy-sensitive sleepers prefer it.
