All Sales Are Final: Due to the personal hygiene nature of our silk duvets and pillowcases, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the utmost hygiene and safety standards for all our customers.

Exceptions - Faulty Products: In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we are committed to making it right. Silk Factory Store will accept returns of items that are proven to be faulty or not as described. In these cases, we will provide a free return label for a hassle-free return process.
